Wallace-Watkins International, Inc. was founded by Bill Wallace and Mike Watkins in 1986. Bill oversees day-to-day operations while Mike manages the financial side. Jim Green joined the company in 2002 and is VP of Recruiting.
Michael Watkins, Chairman & CFO
Mike began his career in 1972 as a Recruiter with a large
employment firm in Houston, Texas. In 1975, he formed his own
company, Watkins & Associates Executive Search Consultants Inc.
While Mike continues as the Chief Executive Officer at Watkins
& Associates, he also functions as the CFO & financial partner
at Wallace-Watkins International, where his advice is highly valued.
Mike has a BA degree from Texas Christian University.
William L. Wallace, President & CEO
Bill has over 30 years experience in the Executive Search business. He began his career with 8 years at General Motors Corporation where he advanced to a Manager in their Personnel Department. From 1974 to 1978, he was VP of Sales & Marketing with a food manufacturer and distributor in Iowa. From 1978 to 1986, he functioned as a Recruiter and VP/Branch Manager with 3 employment agencies in Houston TX specializing in Sales & Marketing, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production, and Homebuilding, respectively. Since 1986, Bill has been President & CEO of Wallace-Watkins International where he has maintained a
hands-on role as Search Director with our retained search assignments. Bill has a BS degree from the University of California and attended graduate studies in Business at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
James M. Green, Vice President of Recruiting
Jim brought 30 years experience to our company in key account
sales and regional management of computers, networking systems
and office products with such Fortune-500 companies as Xerox
Corporation, NEC and Sperry Univac Corporation. He joined
Wallace-Watkins International in 2002 and is our Vice President of Recruiting, responsible for the hiring, training and management of our Associates and all of our recruiting activities. Jim's leadership and sales skills have proven invaluable in helping our organization attract some of the very best executive talent in the industry for our clients. Jim is a graduate of Pepperdine University (Malibu, CA) where he
obtained a BS degree in Business Management.
